I said this months ago that we'd be popping in and out of this board for 2-10 years more.

This judge is incapable of making the correct judgement to recover equity for shareholders.

She has completely lost control, it was clear to see in these past few months, the way Rosen was able to just twist and turn her at will.

She punts each time there"s any easy touchdown for equity, this happens every time a major decision is needed

She's not a leader, she doesn't even see the obvious when it's staring her in her face..

As for the EC and Sussman. Both have let us down significantly.

Sussman hasn't the decency to show shareholders his face and to let us know he's in command.

The EC has been pathetic. Not once in months have they let us know where we're going and how they feel about the case to date..

It's supposed to be an EQUITY committee... Representing equity...

Can we either get some representation and some feedback or can we change these guys and girls out for some new peeps!!!

The whole thing 3 years on is a joke, a shambles and it's going just as JD and his crew wanted...

They have the banks and billions and we're not one step closer to wrestling either back...
