I asked him, "So when will the merger COMPLETION PR come out?" He told me to call him back after market close.

So I called back after the bell and he said tomorrow morning pre-market, and we had a very nice conversation which I posted below about the direction he will be taking the company.

Disregard everything, acquire profits!
