I do think the PR should be taken with a grain of salt. The PR might discuss "their" plan, but as we already know the company is very capable of spewing all kinds of crap and putting their spin on things...like the "Do Not Trade These Shares" PR, and "We want to THANK the SEC for taking quick action" crap. I think what the company has learned is that brokers actually listen to their crap then try to pass it on to the client, us.
