I've owned TPI for a few years now and what I remember most is that the company did, at one point, pay a dividend. They decided to stop paying the dividend because they needed the cash for growth/expansion and it turns out they used it for just that purpose.

I really think TPI is one of the better long term china stocks. At this price, and with $1.12 in cash, there's very little downside risk here.
