That's difficult to answer! In terms of long-term value (where eventually company starts paying dividends) you could easily slap a minimum 12 PE on TPI which gets you around 6.50 ... which is still very cheap if you consider growth, cash, etc.

Of course, $3.50 is a more realistic target in the shorter-term.

I'm very interested to see how discussions are going to progress between SEC and China authorities, regarding the bilateral oversight of auditors. No one seems to be considering this development which would be huge for alleviating fraud concerns that are depressing the sector ... supposedly they are shooting for an agreeement by 2012.

I'm trying to stay away from companies with too high insider ownership as this increases risk of going dark and management not being accoutable to shareholders ... I think TPI insider ownership is 26% (Rames' site) so I'm not too worried here!
