Now BigSky - what would cause any serious investor to call WSGI a scam?

Certainly not:

Executive compensation as per the amended 10-K verse R&D expenditures
Housing and car allowances
Purchase of the money losing - debt ridden GTC from an insider
A strategic partner with no proven prior aeronautical experience
A balance sheet as per the amended 10-K which provides evidence of insolvency
Private offerings to raise capital which have already been supplanted by the S-1 registration to dilute the common and pay back the "private investors" - why do they want their money back so fast?
And of course - no one on staff with any technological credentials.

How could someone possibly say this thing is a scam? Beats me!
