We are understanding that the letters and correspondence we received and comment on are confidential until such time that the SEC decides to make them public...that is why they are never part of the filings.

Again, Ummmm NOPE, the UPLOAD and CORRESPONDECE letters from and to the SEC were a regular phenomenon up to April 23, 2010.

Your statement, "that is why they are never part of the filings" is NOT the truth. It is a lie. Care to clarify?
