I really thought I would at one time, but Mark really has me concerned. I do not like the Pink Limited over a simple attorney letter. That is just crazy. And the back taxes on the land makes TYTN look very poor to say the least. What big name investor is going to plunk out money in these difficult investing times for a business that is publicly listed as delinquent on taxes? That is just giving shorts and enemy's ammunition to fire away.

I sent an email that was courteous but to the point with blunt questions. I am waiting to see what kind of response I get.
