“Harping is achieving the goal of driving the price down? Really? I don’t think so. You might consider that many of the investor group here bought in with, for example, calculations that they had just bought 1/4 of one percent of the posted number of outstanding common shares and subsequently were diluted by 6.5 BILLION authorized shares ….and now own a percentage of… who knows how many millions or billions of shares. They are already diluted by that. Most people would not disregard 6.5 BILLION A/S as some here seem to. It is, in my opinion a kiss of death and to most, I will have to be explained to attract most people to buy shares. The usual result of this many authorized shares, is continuous selling of those shares until an eventual Reverse Split which totally wipes out the shareholders and then shares are sent into the mix to wait for a new crop of “investors”. This is a public company and the people who have taken our money in trust have a fiduciary responsibility to the shareholders. In my opinion, too much time has passed since the A/S debacle which killed the price per share and set it up for manipulation, with no information to existing or potential investors, on what he intends to do to benefit us as shareholders. I would like to see a little evidence that this “ceo” understands the difference between an “owner” and an officer of a public company. I rarely ever post on boards but when I come to see what is going on with this board and see people oblivious to anything except getting cheap shares and pumping the potential of this stock and disregarding that this holding company is looking more like an ATM for someone else, I just wonder about those thought processes. Franchises….dealerships? Where did you get that information, if I may ask? Is that from a private email that seems to be the method of distributing information to many? Never mind, don’t answer, it doesn’t matter to me. In reality, I have money and really don’t care. I took a flier in this pink and am more irritated with myself than anyone else, with the exception of those who might want to benefit using money from others with insufficient regard for them. I will make money here, I can hold forever until an event pushes up the share price and I can exit….unless we get Reverse Split. I will have to write a lot of sell orders. I am not saying that ML is going to do this…but one thing is sure he isn’t telling the shareholders. Good luck to all of us. As most of us have many millions of reasons to want that.
