A PR from Endavo Media, that company that used to be called Ceristar which had Lark Allen on its original BoD and the same company that has since swallowed Wavexpress client, Quadra Media LA (AhoraTV's partner). Read the release, if you would be so kind. Get to the bolded and italicized part... So here's the question: what does the word "pre-delivery" mean? I think I know, but I'm curious about other folks' opinions:

Endavo Inks IPTV Deal with ClearLight TV Agreement to Carry Niche IPTV Programming Into Endavo-Enabled Service Providers and Broadband Consumers
SALT LAKE CITY, UT (June 16, 2005) - Endavo Media and Communications, Inc. (OTC BB: EDVO NEWS), the leading developer of the D-Commerce Marketplace, announced today an agreement with Clearlight TV to begin distributing its family-oriented television programming via IP over the Endavo EcoSystem beginning July 2005.
The ClearLight TV channels feature family-friendly music videos, television shows and movies.
"We're very excited to have Clearlight TV as a customer," said Mario Pino, Vice President of Endavo's Entertainment Division. "More and more content owners and programmers are seeing the value of Endavo's delivery and management tools and how they bring additional revenue to owners of IP-deliverable content without the high cost of building additional infrastructure."
ClearLight TV will leverage three of Endavo's Entertainment Products--EnCast, EnGage and EnHance--as follows:
• The EnCast solution allows ClearLight TV to load its television content into the EcoSystem then distribute the channel in the industry-accepted IPTV format.
• The EnGage and EnHance solutions allow the pre-delivery of Windows Media 9 encoded programming to more than 3 million owners of Microsoft Media Center Edition (MCE) systems and other broadband connected PCs.
"ClearLight TV is paying Endavo to capture, store, transcode, and deliver IP television content to EcoSystem community members," said Paul Hamm, CEO of Endavo. "As customers like ClearLight TV and Global Media Entertainment Group deploy their offerings to their target markets, and IPTV network partners are connected and consumers subscribe to the online service offerings, Endavo's revenue per customer increases exponentially over time."
"Endavo's focus on making niche content profitable appealed to us," said Michael Drzymkowski, CEO of Clearlight TV. "We expect significant momentum as we begin to distribute channels in July via the EcoSystem, then expand our lineup in September 2005."
