24 earlier agenda, since we established the status conference for
25 September 27th, we've been informed by the equity committee

1 that all three lead counsel are either traveling or otherwise
2 engaged from September 27th through October 5th and they have
3 asked whether -- if we could have the status conference on
4 October 6th.
5 And from the debtor's perspective, while we would like
6 it earlier, anything other than October 7th would work, Your
7 Honor.
8 THE COURT: Well, I'm going to make you come in early
9 then.
10 MR. ROSEN: On the 6th is fine, Your Honor.
11 THE COURT: On the 6th at 9 o'clock?
12 MR. ROSEN: That's fine, Your Honor.
