Thank you, rooky, stock and jc for your replies. I'm comforted.
I also had interpreted what I read to say that all outstanding shares were eligible for the 3.12 buyout but I have been wrong before often enough. Good to get other interpretations. Stock, I have called the company and talked to investor relations...my last call, they sounded sort of strained so I have been forebearing in calling again until vote result is released. Assuming approval, is anyone sure of how contact and trasnfer/purchase of shares will take place? Thanks again.
