Exactly...

That said, its amazing the impacts bad air has on the health of a nation. With that comes huge hidden costs in the health care arena.

Truth be known, the costs to retro-fit vehicles necessary to reduce the bad carbon emmissions significantly, could easily be offset and then some going forward with reduced impacts to the health care sector!!!!
