I think we are lot safer here then some of the stocks that are out there!Some highlights:

1) Company has a total of $13.5M in cash and grants
2) Has no debt and no preferred stock
3) Has a warrant to common stock ratio of 24% (I take it that this is considered low, and that is good)
4) Biodefense program, which is separate from the OrBec program, has money for 3 years. Govt pays an overhead allocation fee that pays for most of the cost of the program, so the program is cash-flow positive.
5) We knew about the Ricin and radiation aspects of the biodefense program, but I heard him also mention that anthrax is in the mix. That detail is not on their website.
6) They will determine soon what went wrong with this latest trial, given that previous two studies showed a sig effect (P=0.005) of OrBec. One hypothesis is that the protocol used by physicians for treating the transplant patients used in trial has changed enough (since earlier trials) that it affected the outcome.
