With O/S @ less than 1.5 bil. it seems a little early to pull the R/S trigger doesn't it. Makes me wonder if they're shorting their own stock? Or just dumping it. I've seen stocks with upwards of 5 bil. trade at these same levels without R/S. Seems odd....
