I definitely agree with you that the divest title is a good move and Dustin did the right thing. I am not too much worried about the past and why and where the 700+ million shares went

but want to get an assurance from CEO that he is done with the dilution and company can sustain the operations from cash flows no dilution no R/S unfortunately we are not getting that message from him may be he has other intentions or agendas with gagged TA it doubles the chance that you never know what's going on.
