Services will include acting as a transfer agent, making markets, assisting with financing, and taking private companies public through the use of several subsidiaries.

Additionally, the Company will service all of the needs required by a public company such as a transfer agent, brokerage firm, clearing corporation, bank, and an exchange.

Some of the items listed above have been completed and are operational, while others are still in progress and will soon be completed.

Kind of reminds me of ETrade and what they are doing (and then some). Seems to be a good business model to me.
