I think we are in the middle of a transformation from a legit revenue producing company to a typical OTC penny stock.



I think it's pretty clear where the funds were going. Not to the acqusitions primarily, but to Title. Title insurance is / was a losing business, so getting rid of it is the best that can happen to this stock.
