With the volume, I doubt it's broke/scared investors, unless they really need $500 or less for something.

I think it's someone taking advantage of the low volume. They unfortunately know how thin this is to the downside, and they want someone with a bigger # of shares, 500k+ to dump, for them to grab them up at .009 or lower. All they've gotten so far is the 50k dumpers, and that took it down quite a bit. .009 is the best support, and I watched a nearly 200K order go through down there a week ago when no bid of that size was showing. Now I think they're getting more impatient, so the 5000 whacks are getting a little more aggressive. Their plan is not working well so far, so I expect more games until they get what they want, or buying pressure picks up and they have to settle for a higher price. It doesn't need to be anybody big...they could do all of this with $10k in a cash account.
