Hi Tim- I'm putting out a blog post soon here to explain the history a bit, but overall it's not about me not paying me. These are two different companies held, for the most part, by two different groups of shareholders. MIKP does what it does and ADCS does what it does. I do run both companies, yes, but I answer to investors on both sides and hold that responsibility in high regard. It's not always easy when you take on distressed companies, like PINR and ADCS and many who reach out to us direct, understand our principles, goals and the hard work we've put into improving the public vehicles, slowly but surely, in line with our goals for the companies. Real businesses with real products and real strategies. I know its hard to grasp for a lot of pink sheet shareholders.
I know many people like to consider public vehicles their own personal ATM's. We do not. We build our business step by step, and real businesses take real money to run. It's the reason many companies do, in fact, go public- to raise money to take their company to the next levels. That said, this isn't about Mark paying Mark. This is about ADCS paying MIKP. And if ADCS is not able at this time to pay MIKP, then I'm not going to stunt ServeNation's growth by waiting on the ability of one company to pay another. That's the best I can put it.
That said, if it is decided that ServeNation does come back to MIKP, I can only see that as a positive thing for MIKP. I wouldn't pursue it otherwise. That's not to say we're thrilled about taking it away from ADCS holders, if that is the case.
So we're basing it, with consideration to many pleas from MIKP holders, on the books. We'll let the literal terms of the agreement decide, and that's the decision we've made toward closure for all involved. Regardless, there is much promise for ADCS and our plans there; so the answer to your question may be relative, but I will say that I am passionate about ServeNation and, invested in it largely myself in quite a bit of time, effort and money, am very excited about its potential.
Best,
Mark B. Newbauer
