900 mill is not unthinkable considering how many investors are coming on board, we know in the near future the CEO is going to start buying back shares and he has promised a decrease in the O/S, if we do not lock the float before the merger, possibly could on the buybacks.

The CEO has indicated a pps in the pennies and this is not his first rode, float locking could make that happen quick.
