Company Description:

Sidney Resources Corp. was formed in 1896 and incorporated in Idaho on June 10,1910 as Sidney Mining Company. The purpose of the company was to develop and mine mineral properties in Idaho State. In the past the company mined and process zinc ore and related minerals in the Yreka Mining District in Shoshone County, Idaho. On March 4, 2003, the company merged with it's wholly-owned subsidiary Sidney Resources Corporation. The Company then changed its name to Sidney Resources Corporation. Sidney Resources Corporation is an development and production stage mining company focusing on the mining and milling of precious metals. All surface operations are on private property with mineral rights or patented, deeded federally issued mining claims. This procedure eliminates the need for any federal or state operating permits.

Current Projects:

SRC WARREN IDAHO “LUCKY BEN “ PROJECT

Located in central Idaho, in the Warren Mining Distric, the Lucky Ben Mine has a history of being the regions largest gold producers. In its Due Diligence, SDRC found the mine to contain economic grades of gold running from trace to 1.866 oz. per ton, silver from trace amounts to 45 oz. per ton, and Cobalt.

The old workings include three patented claims (53+/-acres). Since being on site and evaluating this project since 2001, SDRC has now identified three additional mines in the central Idaho area and will continue to pursue those acquisitions. Upon realization of the massive potential, in 2002 SDRC acquired a ten year lease with a five year extension of the Lucky Ben Mine. In there most recent filing dated 8/3/2011, SDRC announced that in anticipation of moving into production roads have now been constructed and underground access is good. Additionally, Two skid mount buildings have been constructed, and equipment and materials are on site and stored in McCall.
