IMO, this will not be left to the street to decide, of the 12 million or so owned by insiders, how many will be in favour. The BOD is made up of 3 people, 2 who support the deal, 1 who doesn't. My bet is that the CFO is not in favour, and I hope Jamir has (through associates, affiliates etc.) accumulated mega voting shares. This deal is too big to be voted down IMO, when on earth does a pinky with a checkered past get bought for 75 million? We'll know awfully soon
