Uh-oh. Next thing you know, a horde of raving Xers will descend on the CRWV board.
Actually, Stoecklein became involved with CMKX very late in the game, a few months before the revocation hearing. Part of his role was to try to convince the Xers that Urbie was on the up and up. I have no doubt, though, that Stoecklein knew perfectly well that it was a scam. Perhaps his partner Maheu didn't, but nobody ever told him anything, and he never asked.
Clearly Abuse of Law still wants to defend CRWV, and find Good Stuff going on with new management. I wonder how they'll feel when they find out the company's been lying about its mail drop address.
They make a good point about that convertible note, but it's not the only problem. I think Lindsay may still be involved, in the background. After all, it was he who brought Peterson into the company to begin with. Abuse of Law seems to be ignoring that indisputable fact.
And who's Xiao Yu Hou? We know absolutely nothing about her. Not even whether she's really a woman. (Xiao is usually a female name, but not invariably.)
Yesterday, one of the longs called the TA and was told that the a/s was one billion shares. The number hasn't been changed in Nevada, so we don't yet know what's up with that.
As for the "unusual volume", well, there's been a lot of flipping, and a lot of dumping. Given that once the dumping stopped--on Friday--volume dropped dramatically, it seems possible that there's also been a lot of wash trading.
Gotta say, Abuse of Law has assembled an impressive list of penny stock bad guys.
