Thank you Phil! I really appreciate you being helpful unlike a couple of the other characters here. All I wanted was some advice from the experienced traders on this board. I freaked out Friday morning as I had been fighting with the brokerage for 2 days trying to find a wire transfer that I sent them so that I could buy one last round of TOFS hopefully before it popped. When I finally had the chance to get in I was shocked when I saw that message on my trading screen. I have only been trading a few months and I don't know all the games and crap that the brokerages play.

Once again thanks for the advice, I'm going to check out both Ameritrade and IB on Monday and hopefully I can get my holdings out of Zecco without them trying to hit me up for that ridiculous fee.

On the other hand if TOFS blows up like we all think it will then I guess that would be kind of a small price to pay. :)
