Slowly guys! I´m from Austria and I haven´t already gotten my E-Card. Austria is a testing market for europe and if this works it will take a year or two to establish the ecard in germany. Or IT infrastructure in Austria is pretty good but the market is very slow. It would take time to convince the "players" that TPM is necessary. So I think the market has to establish trusted computing and the E-Card will be more secure with TPM machines. Sorry I hope you were right but I don´t think that Austria and its E-Card will push WAVE.

Hope i´m not right...
