Did the judge sign that order? It is labeled as "proposed". It looks as though this is a document prepared by the ihub attorneys for the judges signature... but did he sign off on it? I expected to see the judge's electronic signature, but it's blank there. How does this work?

How much was ihub asking for from Eade?
