I'll look further into option info when I have more time - as a result of pps being much higher for most of company's history including at time options were issued, I believe I read in filings that the options were issued at much higher pps (will confirm). In any case, IMO, higher pps is better for all (and if exercise price is much higher as I think I remember it being, all the more reason that mgmt wants to see pps rise). Also, I think in most cases of any of mgmt selling (option shares or otherwise), we would have to see a filing b/c I think they own more than 5% (remember the convertible debt holders can not own more than 5% at any time - hopefully if company begins to sell products, they can simply pay off debt down road before much of debt is converted).

No knowledge re: institutional buying - IMO, would guess many would come in after company starts to execute; flip side (and positive for us who buy now) is if company executes (which it seems to now start to be doing), we get biggest reward for being in now.
