A lotto play is KADR in that if they come up with financing, this 100 million rev company is back in business and will go right back up. TOFS is a Pump and Dump. Worst case scenario on KADR is already priced in. TOFS zero rev shell and billions and billions of shares. Diluted to nothing shortly again.
