Now is the time to strike the hardest, when we have everyone watching and waiting to decide what to do as far as paying IDCC is concerned. We are currently operating from a position of strength in our struggle with Nokia and a great amt. of time has passed to get to this point. This is THE BATTLE WHICH WILL DETERMINE THE FUTURE OF IDCC'S PROFITABILITY. If we can't collect serious money for patents which Nokia has already used and not paid us for then how can we expect to get them to pay us squat in the future. The end result of delay and refusal to pay without arbitration or court action must be significant. True, the big money is in the future with 3G and beyond but now is the time to set the example of what will happen to you if you screw with us. We will be fair and treat you properly but don't screw with us and expect to get away with it. You will pay dearly. Gee, kind of sounds like the good old USA. DON'T TREAD ON ME!!!!
