AST...didn't "see" it anywhere. It was my opinion as I clearly state in almost every single post. Now the opinion wasn't just pulled from thin air as you seem to be implying...Harrs released a PR on June 1st that stated that Expo expected to be "paying down $50K in debt" by June 3, 2011 if I recall. The original suit from Southern Community was filed and brought against D&D and the officers on April 7th, 2011 according to Acc's research which I have found to be continually dead on. Therefore I felt very safe in assuming that the minimum amount of money being sought by Southern Community in that suit was $50K, that the "paydown of debt" was a result of that SC lawsuit and that Harrs was simply making chicken salad out of chicken, well you know.

I admit I could have been more specific but unless I start claiming $50 million or something, I think I am allowed to take a small amount of logic derived leeway at this point with my history of trying to always be as accurate as possible. Relax...gawd forbid I would go too hard on these hard working, moral men of high character . IMHO.
