They are personally being sued by Wurth Wood along with their wives and your company for non-payment of $302K worth of contractual obligations. They have been sued by Southern Community Bank for $50K

SBB, where did you see Southern Community was suing for $50K? I read where they paid Southern Community $50K but that could have been to *stay* further action. I don't believe we know the full amount owed to Southern Community, or, possibly others, at this point as EXPO has been shy about delivering financials. Does anybody know more, or, did I miss something?! They sure seem naughty and slick to me
