My Prognostication..............

*Settlement instead of ruling
To much at risk and Nokia will not let their future be determined by a court when they have sufficient visibility of a decision for IDCC.

*No money for past infringement of future royalty.

*Buyout with a price of about 2B or 38/share cash. If some of Nokia stock is offered in part of the buyout it will be around 45/share cash and stock.

I believe that the two senior departures had something to do with the future much closer relationship. Nokia will see a return on investment in 3 years if not sooner. IDCC's 3G tech is looking to be in the sweet-spot, not CDMA2000 as was thought only a year ago.

Finally....if there were to be a ruling it would have been out by now. No way does council wat through a holiday weekend if nothing is going on.
