As far as I can tell, for me, there are 4 holes in the Q&A which need validation/confirmation - to me filings, official letterhead declaration or even 3rd party official source/opinion.

I'm not planning on finishing/publishing the document until we see those in writing.

1. Complete list of BOD & Medical Advisory Board (I understand if still assembling participants)
2. Patent issue
3. Float regarding any existing/outstanding shares from previous R/M also written dillution promise.
4. Written confirmation to audited financials to uplist.''

COMMON CENTS pointed out #4 was in 10-Q, so that takes care of that.

I appreciate so much NADLENDA getting personal promise from Howard Phykitt that patents are, indeed, pending and their bases are all covered.

However, I would also love to learn the process of these patents and why a patent pending would not even be listed in the section of the patent applications. Perhaps there are privacy issues.

Whether we raise them every single time and reemphasize them, to me, is not the issue...they are still there until they are completely resolved.

Howard's email is very encouraging, since he is the original patent holder - he ought to know.

I would still like validation or at least an explanation from someone who understands the patent process.

If #1 is still a work in progress, that's fine. As long as those on the website are the only board members, fine with me.

#2 is very vital, though, because right now (pre-production) EVERYTHING RESTS ON THOSE PATENTS. Without them, we investors have nothing, IMO.

We have the links to the old ones, but I have never found where there is an expiration date on them.

As long as we have people on this board who keep fact-checking, like we have been lately, I think we will resolve these issues very soon.

This is you, if you don't do your DD for yourself - so don't just listen to me!

Aaahhh, yes...the old penny ploy
