Cant remember Bucks about patents clarity issues raised on last Q&A. I know there are words spoken about through emails, word of mouth ,posts now on board, but it is still to me a very murky situation as far as validation found on records with "patent data base" or "filings records". This is a critical part of PHARs foundation.Has to be records not words IMO. Not being negative,just as i think you know with me been critical information for me personally.

This is the only way to be able to with confidence to convince others is with this type info. It is my understanding that all patents are patent pending and no pursuit of obtaining full patent protection. Only the aplicator has patent status as approved. IS this true or false??

Maybe LARiMAR can weigh in.
