Just spoke to Ingrid.

1. As I understood they have couple of PRs to release, but Vince said it is not time yet. She said if he don't change his mind tomorrow, then they might release PR next week.

2. The letter which was sent to the court after initial review with stated findings to support case against Vince was insufficient.
