MY point is, they do not need to have anyone look over their paper work. Evidently they cannot even track their own financial situation.

Legal? For what?

An accountant I understand, but legal?

Maybe if they weren't blowing money on race sponsorships they would be able to file.

So what's the excuse for not filing forms 3s and 4s?

Gotta have a legal team to make sure JD copied the number from the TA correctly?
