the point is there is another cost
involved b4 fy 2010 could have been
uploaded to pink sheets .. that is to
the firm that reviews them and legal ..

as i noted last year when fy 2009 fins were
uploaded to pink sheets days after the SM ..
the firm was paid on 9/10/10 <from memory
the date is on docs>

again .. choices are made daily by mgmt ...
it's been no secret that volatility is the norm
and that cash is a precious resource

i look forward to what mgmt has to address on 9/22
what others look forward to is their business
