The point is, they paid the fee to pinks sheets and could have uploaded at will for no additional charge.

They chose not to.

And to suggest a team of lawyers is needed to look over their tiny speadsheet or quickbooks, or to take a glance at the numbers transcribed from the TA is laugable.

They do not want to disclose anything.
