made the comment 2.1 billion shares were included in the os in recent weeks.

Not so much that number, but the overall condition is visible in adi/obv in the chart. It strongly suggests negative volume.

If you look in the time and sales reports you will see in-between volume activity. The typical distribution is about 60 to 70% of total volume.

If you look at L2 you will likely see one maker on the in-between and never or very seldom active on the bid.

What does that mean? The majority of volume is new share distributions. Shareholder equity is being lessened/diluted every day........ A terrible condition for investors. News and pumps are needed to sustain new share distributions and maintain share prce levels....... Stuff like "letter of intent" and other nonsense.
