I used to design and sell manufacturing systems. In our contracts we always included a "Force Majeure" clause. (standard for most commercial or industrial contracts) Reality dictates the need for these type of considerations.

Like Forest Gump said "Sh*t happens".
So hope for the best, plan for the worst, and hopefully you land somewhere in-between.
CGFIA is going to land closer to "the best". I'm betting on it. (maybe that's cause I'm living in Nevada, we bet on almost anything!)
