It's not that I don't get burned on some pennies...because I do.
But I try to do all the DD I can before I get in.
Then I continually try to keep doing DD to make sure nothing has changed or no new dirt has been uncovered. VLCO checks out on that score.
But if the CEO checks out and is not a liar, I will give him the benefit of the doubt - as long as the facts check out and nothing changes. Vinnie still looks good here, in spite of the power struggle. Hey, look what's going on with Yahoo and their CEO vs. the Chairman of BOD!
That's why I LIKE finding negative points about the stock - especially after I am in it. It keeps me realistic and makes me double-check what I have learned. And if I need to get out, I'll get out.
What I CAN'T abide, though, are posts which are intentionally worded to insinuate, create fear, give half-truths and reveal 'brand new' revelations simply to pump up their own ego that they are the world's greatest gatherer of DD!
All The Best
This is you, if you don't do your DD for yourself - so don't just listen to me!
Aaahhh, yes...the old penny ploy
