Glad to see this board on BML and EC's Wildcat.
I am rooting for both of these efforts, the idea of going it
without the brokers and keeping control appeals to me.
I am a latecomer to the BML 'family' (and yes they are like
that), met CEO Louis Doyle last June at the Vancouver show.
After a geologist from one of my other co's said BML had the
best booth there, followed up and eventually built up an
open mkt position and took a PP.
Can only imagine how tough it has been to get financed as
a private co for 8 yrs but somehow they did it and had the IPO
last yr. By observation of daily trading my guess is some
brokers are not too happy about a self made co like this.
The IPO resulted in brokers obtaining some float, which I
think is gradually being mopped up (I bin mopping em too) and
I believe the original holders have kept their shares under
control.
