David,

While you are at it. Will you also pass along word from shareholders on the following: (As an aside, this is not aimed towards you, I think you have weathered the storm as best as one can while still keeping your head high. I trust you are still, as usual, looking out for the best interests of investors, and I can't thank you enough.)

That it is completely inconsistent to think of yourself as a forward-looking company and now just finally be entering into the mobile world. (I would've hoped they would've entered this lucrative business a while back, in which case PR'ing about it now shows just how shallow they're going with their campaign so far). If this company wants ANY piece of this huge industry, they cannot come that late into the game.

If they have not already entertained the idea of an application that helps collect music (store favorites/bookmarks/whatever) as part of their product/service offering in CloudChannel, then they will be blown out of the water in this arena. I'm not saying that they must have this in their offerings, but if they've never thought of something like this, then CC is REALLY far away or its going to be incredibly incomplete and quickly obsolete.

Elaborate to them the sentiment from your first sentence... overlooked. Isn't everything about this company overlooked? Express to Dom that every company down here talks about billion dollar industries they are about to enter. How about where RTG fits into that? And please, no more conceptual stuff, don't tell investors 'well, CC will be on the forefront of a bloodless revolution'. That's all great, and I enjoy hearing about the potential, but NO ONE ELSE DOES. RTG has taken the time to set the scene with leg 1, and is now losing everything they hardly won. If it hasn't been made clear that expectations were and still are much higher for what comes out of the company, then that needs to be stressed and re-emphasized until we get to the point where Dom wouldn't dare put out a poor release (like rtglive part 3).

Lastly, please pass along to Dom that it is time to walk the walk. And I quote from his most recent blog post about knowing where a company is headed; "In practical terms this means knowing where you’re going, what you need to do today and every day in order to get there. And how you need to act along the way. I am talking about Vision, Mission and Culture. These are the three basic elements of a company’s DNA. If all three elements are in harmony and are embraced by its people, you have strong DNA and a strong company. If even one is weak you have a dysfunctional company, a struggler..." Now thats a great little speech there, but does he know what he needs to do 'today and everyday'? Does he understand that if you don't 'act correctly along the way' that you will end up with a 'dysfunctional company... a struggler'? I know he knows how to write these things, does he practice what he preaches? I like the guy (he's generally likable), and his blog posts are always an enjoyable read, but I want to know where the disconnect is. Because there is definitely is one: That most recent rtglive interview, the incredible lack of awareness in stopping (you can call it delaying) the campaign, things as simple as spelling errors even on a landing page, this is really not what i had thought it to be from someone who knows where everything's going.

Please feel free to pass along any and all of those sentiments. The piece of string is past us, just four months ago the prediction was to be live right around this time. Yet, oddly, I haven't gotten one email from the email list I signed up for on the cloudchannel landing page, has anyone else? I understand there are delays, and I always give some leeway. To put a number on it, I usually play by a 30% rule. If you tell me you're going to be 15 minutes late, I'll give you until about 20 minutes. If you tell me you'd be there in an hour, I'd give you an extra 15 or 20 minutes. If you tell me 4 months, I'll give you an extra one and a half. But really, I can barely see us in the midst of leg 2 in a month and a half from now. I want some answers. PERIOD. You can't overshoot this stuff by that much if you knew where you were going. Walk the walk
