88domer, I'm not sure if you are on the email list that I used to send to (I haven't sent anything to that list in over a year, but used to send periodic updates), but understand that when you say you got info on iHub and the Nicosan page on Facebook, that's my page as well. When asking for investors, on numerous occasions it was asked of those I was communicating with how much they might have available and we had a few options for repayment. Again, I don't know if you were involved and if not, it's because you never supplied me with an email address or I missed it somehow. Either way, I'm sorry, but after a while of hearing nothing from the majority of the shareholders, I focused on those that were helping out and communicating with me. There never has been a "how much do we need" because we needed as much as we could come up with, whether it was for funding in Nigeria or to fund the XI plan. It didn't matter how many shareholders were involved, we just needed shareholder involvement. As I've stated, there's a core group that has remained ultra loyal to this project and to our efforts and have continuously stayed in contact. Also understand that XI is of secondary importance to the Nigeria project because XI has nothing without Nigeria. We wanted both, but if we had to choose, it would have been Nigeria in a heartbeat...
To answer the question that's been asked, the final bid for the Xechem assets was $59,100. I would have gone higher, but I was already pushing what I thought we could come up with and the money had to be in the hands of the Trustee within two days. It's unfortunate, but our bag of cash just wasn't big enough...
Also, to answer the question/request, yes, I will write the letter. We are working on it now and will let everyone know when it's ready.
