Monty, I applaud your efforts and was always on your side, but, the only info I ever got from this company was from this board and Nicosan on Facebook. You did say you were looking for investors who would not restructure the company and it's shareholders. You didn't quite say how much was needed, how many shareholders were actually available to throw in some funds and by when we needed our "war chest". I imagine we had something, but, it wasn't enough. After hearing about Swift winning the bid and part of the reason why, I can somewhat see his motivation. The curious question would be -what else would (or could) he do with his aquisition?
