it's all about your timing, not acceptable to me. i won't talk about it further, yesterday was bad enough.

i'll talk cmkx all you want, but I've been glued to the 911 series on NGTV for two weeks, ten years later and people are suffering still....I Love My Country, not so much those who run it.

if i were to discuss this in writing, I would be getting a knock on my door that I do not wish for at this time. i'm already having to deal with the SEC on the 21st of september (maybe i should take down my favorite website investigatetheSEC.com). they get me for the whole day...who am i? a nobody as it pertains to the stock market. fwiw, not directly related to our mutual interest in cmkx. still, i'm disturbed at the timing and the reasoning.

hell, i thought i had received my package as was rumored in coming. no, nothing more than a supeona to be in chicago on the 21st with very limited information from the SEC. i cannot afford an attorney and as far as i know, have broken no law or regulation...though it seems they can write the law as they go at the SEC or just maybe they are using me to get to someone else since my name was not listed on the "case" in question.

i'm actually glad to see all the news lately of enforcement on penny stocks and international fraud i.e.

fwiw, not worried at all! simply a huge inconvenience and time consuming. at {{54}}, i could use abit more free time.

anyway...you have every right to believe as you do and we can simply disagree...no problem there friend, none at all.
