"question.....what happens to the financing deal IF the company is acquired? Do the warrants become exercisable immediately? Sorry....not my area of expertise....it had just been bugging me that we had these strike prices at $66.35 and the SP seems to float around that....."

Excellent question ! Also what with options, some go out to 2013, if the company after the sale no longer exists, what happens to them ???
