Just my own theory based on my own opinion, Same guys are worried about and or bashing Welch but what you forget to remember is that after the REVERSE MERGER, welch and his posse are no longer affiliated with GTLL/Oxygen Orchard....Exactly what the PR states..."GTLL will acquire 100% of Oxygen Orchard and migrate all its operations to the new entity. All current management, board, and officers will concurrently resign with execution of the various Definitive Agreements. The Definitive Agreements are expected to be completed within 21 days.

Complete disclosures and updated financials will be posted to the OTC Disclosure Service.

Teri H. Mathis, President and CEO of Oxygen Orchard, Inc., will be the new President and CEO. John M. King will be the new CFO.

The Company will change its name to Oxygen Orchard, Inc.

Ok so you say what about the 21 days well that was acknowledged by Teri (new president) and she realized that the time frame was a wash.....all mergers don't go as planned,some have issues....imo Teri is crossing all her Ts and dotting all here Is.....as would you too!

Oxygen Orchard will go through according to plan and we will see great news, 8-ks and most likely Q-filings....Teri wants to move up the chain and reach more consumers and who knows maybe even buyout or be bought out!
