As to the filings, they are no longer making predictions as to when they will be completed. That task is in the auditor's hands and predicting their completion has been rather fool hardy. They are not going to make that mistake again. However, the new auditor has been around the block a few times and is intent on completing in an orderly and professional manner.

I would expect that the 10k will be wrapped up before month's end. However, we can only wait and see at this point.
